The implementation of a new ERP system contributed to the fact that the existing reporting solution was no longer adequate.
Important dates for Myne are located in:
- The ERP system
- Various custom applications including CRM software
- Production data from the patented Xorter system
- Various external data sources such as price and exchange rate information
Characteristic of Myne is that on the one hand large volumes of physical material are purchased, processed and sold via the yard and that financial instruments are held against this to cover the physical position. Combining this physical and financial transaction data for the purpose of management information caused quite a few headaches.
