Data challenges due to growing demand
Logicx had a data warehouse for operational insights and management reporting. Due to the growing demand from users, they encountered the following bottlenecks:
- Long time to market → New dashboards and reports took too long to develop, because much functionality was built manually.
- Difficult integration of new data sources → Each new connection was complex and error-prone, which meant that new integrations took a lot of time.
